Kanata-Carleton Small Business Fair 2019

Registration, is on a first come, first served basis. Please complete the form below by March 31th, 2019 to register your business for our Fair on April 6th, 2019, from 1pm to 4pm at the Turkish Community Center in Kanata (335 Michael Cowpland Drive).

Setup of your booth can start from 10am.

  • Fair Booth Reservation

I understand ​the KCSBN will make the assignments of table locations for each exhibitor at their sole discretion. Tables are rented on a first come, first served basis. For 2019, we can accommodate up to 100 vendors. Each table within the Fair is $50. KCSBN has the right to raise the price to vendors who require and or occupy more than one table.

We provide the following with a booth reservation: a 6 x 2.5 ft rectangular table, 2 chairs, a red or white cover (unless you use your own).

  • Booth Payment:

Table fees can be paid by e-transfer to info@kanatacarletonsbn.ca or by direct deposit (00796 010 1014900). All payments must be made in full by March 31th, 2019. There will be no refunds.​

  • Important Event Information:

The Fair will open at 1:00 PM  and will close at 4:00 PM. Table setup time will begin no later than 10:00 AM and must be completed by 12:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their allocated table and are responsible for maintaining a clean space. Please ensure you throw away your garbage at the end in the bins provided.

  • Sales and Proceeds:

This year, vendors are allowed to sell their products at the booth they rent. The KCSBN organization does not lay claim to the proceeds of those sales.​

  • Liability:

I understand that the Kanata-Carleton Small Business Network is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items and that they advised me to have my own insurance policy.​
